The Lionboar Podcast is a production of Lionboar, LLC, a Mediation and Consulting firm located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Lionboar, LLC provides civil and family mediation, Special Education Mediation in conjunction with state departments of education, and both private and public facilitation. We also provide conflict consulting for organizations of all types and sizes, including crisis communication assistance and reputation management.

We believe that, in the midst of conflict, emotions often cloud the actual issues of disagreement. Our mission is to provide tools that help our clients to find clarity, and to wisely apply some basic principles that make understanding and agreement possible. The Lionboar Podcast rises out of that mission, and provides a means of gifting that important service to virtually anyone who needs it.
